لو سمحت يادكتور ابغى استفسر عن اشياء في المحاضره هذه Smile

1) مااذا تقصد يادكتور بال{ first half cycle}
and {2ed half cycle } in the vaginal and cervical cycles ??

2) بمعنى تختفي ؟؟ (what do u mean by the atrizya in follical ( in arabic ??

بخصوص السؤال الأول

كما فهمنا من الشرح فإن الfemale cycles هى عبارة عن تغيرات فى الجهاز التناسلى الأنثوى تحدث بصورة دورية ومتزامنه فى كافة أجزاء جهازها التناسلى

بمعنى آخر:

There is cyclic changes in ovaries, uterus, cervix, vagina, vulva (external genitalia) and breast. These cyclic changes in these areas occur at same time

As you know the female cycle is 28 days from 1st day of menses and the female ovulates about the 14th day of the cycle.

Thus, we can divide the female cycle into two parts i.e. 1st half before ovulation which is under estrogen control and 2nd half after ovulation which is under progesterone control

Thus, there are cyclic changes in the vagina (vaginal cycle) under these hormonal cyclic changes e.g. there is increased acidity and secretions in the vagina under progesterone control in the second half of the cycle

Also, there are cyclic changes in the cervix (cervical cycle) under those hormonal cyclic changes e.g. cervical secretions during the second half of the cycle becomes viscid forming cervical mucous plug under progesterone control

first of all :DEF of ovulation : the cyclic monthly change according to the ovary in
control of hormonal change

and description :
we have the three phase
1-follicle phase
2-ovulatory phase
luteal phase-3

THE FOLLICLE PHASE ::
iunder hormonal control **
-FSH
then
-ESTROGEN
the time of period is**
from 1st day -14th day

story ::
the ovary is contain the primordial follicle in the childhood and in the adult the primordial become to be maturation and HOW IT OCCUR ?1

OK the (prim ..)become maturation occurding
to the stm the hormon in the I.P i.e the hypothalamus release
the Gonadotropin relesaing hormon and it's stm the FSH AND LH mainaly FSH
FSH that's come to the proinant one i.e the largest one and to become more large than sister LOL
and its release the ESTROGEN thats make -VE and +VE feedback

-ve in the early period mean the first day of ovulation
is the estrogen stm the I.P
and inh the FSH to release
and the her sister become smaller =)
and release hormone
idont know from where but

بالنسبة للعدد الخاص بالpremordial follicles الرقمين صحيحين و السبب اختلاف مصدر المعلومة ثم إنها أرقام تقديرية........;كما أن مراجع الفسيولوجى ليست Guyton فقط والأرقام عندما تأتى بالإمتحان يكون الأرقام بعيدة عن بعضها لدرجة تستطيع تمييزها مثل.......

b-55.000
c-100.000
d-15.000
e-350.000

بالنسبة للمعلومات التى قمت بسردها جيدة

و حاول ألا تثقل على نفسك ....فالمعلومات الموجودة بالمحاضرة كافية...........و بعض المعلومات مثل FSH surge وغيرها لم أتكلم عنها بالتفصيل لأنها ستكون زيادة بالنسبة لكم .......و لا تنس أنك ما زلت فى الفرقة الأولى ...و هذا الموضوع سيشرح بتفصيل أكثر فى الendocrine and reproduction block فى الفرقة الثانية إن شاء الله ..........
